Tips on Caring for Feather Pillows

On this occasion, I want to peel tips and tricks/ways to treat goose feather pillows to be more durable.

Feather Pillows

And here are some tips and tricks for treating goose down pillows:

A. Try to wash your goose down pillow once / 2 times in 1 year using front loading washing machine, using warm water mixed with liquid detergent. After that try to let stand for a moment for a few minutes before starting the washing process. It should be noted that the pillow should be submerged in water, therefore it is recommended to press it during the washing process so that the goose down pillow does not float.

B. Try to set the medium speed for fifteen to twenty minutes, avoiding the excessive use of speed because it is feared that too high a speed can break the feathers on the goose down pillow which will affect the level to the comfort of the goose down pillow the.

C. The next step, try to dry the goose pillow for fifteen to twenty minutes with medium temperature so that the goose does not dry or burn.

D. After drying, then try to remove the feather pillow from the washing machine to be patted where it is expected to return your goose down pillow to its original shape after 'shrinking' after the washing and drying process.

And next go goose down pillow back into the dryer at the same time as in the first stage and repeat the stage until the goose cushion is perfectly dry.

The overall required process is less lenient takes about three hours and keeps in and out of the dryer mesh, but if it has clothes drying cabinet as in laundry, it can also be stored in it so that the required time can be shorter.

However, for daily maintenance usually can be done is to clap the goose feather pillow for goose feathers in pillow/pillow goose bolsters do not fold or break, where if it happens then the quality of softness will be reduced. And usually in a certain period of time, between a week or two weeks to dry under the sun to reduce the humidity where humidity is usually able to cause the emergence of mites.

And finally, choose products that have used standard sterilization and processing stages.
